ValuSource has begun the process for grooming and updating the ValuSource Market Comps data. The data is being reviewed for unreasonable observations. The definitions of the fields are getting clarified. The analyzer tools are being updated. While this project will be ongoing, the brundt of the project will be completed very soon.
